Worked as senior machinist: I took charge of the work of examination and repair of the airplane for the commanders. I am familiar with the structure, performance and principle of the airplane engine. I learnt the maintenance regulation by heart. I handled technical operation skillfully and ensured the flight maintenance. I master the technique condition of airplane. I am familiar with the time cycle for regular checking and the life of the consumptive parts. I led the aircrew in carrying out the regulation and rules thoroughly; sticking to the discipline strictly; nurturing the good maintenance style and professional ethics and learning the soundness situation of each professional machine and equipment. I arranged the working order of the different professionals. I learnt the rule of the airplane fault and summarize the working experience of maintenance. I instructed the aircrew in maintaining the tools and equipments in a right way. Achievements: Safeguarding the flight for 540 hours. In 2004, I won the Merit Citation Class III.
